This site has helped me tremendously. Not only does it inspire me from all the transformations they share, but they also share articles all about nutrition, workouts, supplements, and basically anything health related.
You can learn about everything and anything on this site. They also have a $100,000 grand prize if you have the best transformation.

Tip 2: Instagram
This site really got me going with my whole process. You can follow many fitness models on here. They share many tips in their captions along with motivational pictures. People post many inspirational quotes and personal experiences that can really make you feel like you aren't alone.
I've found many of my online fitness friends on this site since I don't have many friends in my personal life that share my lifestyle. You can find support anywhere. On a daily basis, I hashtag search fitspo, before and after, and many other things. This gives me great motivation.
Tip 3: Fitness Models
The 2 fitness models that inspire me the most would be Jamie Eason and Jennifer Lee. These girls are truly beautiful from the inside and out. They show the world that you can have a toned, lean body AND be beautiful on the inside.
Lifting weights won't make you look like a buff bodybuilder. They showed me that you can be strong and beautiful on the outside, but if you don't show true beauty on the inside you have nothing.
Tip 4: Find a workout buddy/online fitness buddy
I have a couple online accountability partners. We hold each other accountable and make sure we are keeping up with our workouts and eating correctly. We share our personal experiences and what has worked for us. I owe a great amount of gratitude to my accountability partners.
Tip 5: YouTube
Whenever I am seeking motivation I search motivational videos to help me get going for the day. I also find many weight loss stories on here and it's truly inspirational hearing actual people sharing their story.
One of the best feelings I get is when a person messages me telling me how much I inspire them. When I started this whole journey for myself, I never thought about all the people I would affect and how I had the power to help change lives the way mine was changed.
This lifestyle isn't just about physical appearance.
