Vegan burgers have come a long way since I first went vegan 5 years ago. Instead of being bland and mushy, vegan burgers now have flavor, great texture, and can either be packed with veggies or imitation meat like the Impossible Burger.
One of my favorite foods is hamburgers so I’m so happy I can make them at home or go to a restaurant and order an amazing vegan burger!
