When was the last time that you went to the library? Do you even have a library card? I know so many people who don't go to the library and pay for things instead. BUT WHY?
I go to the library a lot. There are so many things there. It's peaceful, there are tons of books (like I really need to tell you all that…), movies, NEW movies, workout DVDs, and so on. Some might say “oh, well there's no way they have movies there that I would actually like.” Wrong! I have borrowed plenty of new movies from the library.
So, go to your local library now! I've checked out so many workout dvds from the library. For free! Unless I was late of course… Which used to happened a lot, sadly. My local library even had P90X and all of the Biggest Loser Workout DVD'S! Who would pay when they are available there?
I understand that sometimes your library may have a wait list for what you want to watch or read, but I would still check out other things. It would be a very small chance that EVERYTHING is unavailable.
Working out for free.
Anyway, these workout DVDs that I can get from my library are good. They all really kicked my butt and I can workout in the comfort of my own home. This is really helpful on a rainy day and when I'm not particularly up to driving to the gym to workout.
While you're at the library you can also check out workout or nutrition books to learn more about different types of workouts and what kinds of foods you should be eating. When I was in high school I spent any extra minute in the library, I absolutely love to read!
There are so many different ways you can get your heart rate up. Some people don't have money for a gym membership, or simply just don't like the gym! Which is fine, everyone is different. But that doesn't give you the excuse to not workout!
You can find a way to workout absolutely anywhere, so please don't makeup excuses. The longer you take to start your healthy lifestyle, the longer until you're at your healthy body and mind! Living the healthy lifestyle gets easier each day.
I read a quote awhile back that said: “Take it one day at a time, it's a lot easier that way.” I stick to the motto to this day and it definitely helps me a lot!
