There are so many health and nutrition books out there, but how many of them are backed by science?
Health and nutrition books often have no factual or scientific information to back them up, which is misleading hundreds of thousands of people with false information.
Because of that, I've made sure that every book mentioned in this post will be backed with years and years of scientific research, studies, and references.
I totally believe that a book can change someone's life. Whether it be fiction, non-fiction, sci-fi, or romance, a book can transform the way one thinks and lives their life. I love creating these posts for you guys, so let me know what you'd like to see next!
