The path to a healthy lifestyle is a hard way when you are the only one rooting for you, and that's exactly how it was for me in the beginning.
Here I will show you what I think the fundamentals of healthy living are and how you can achieve your goals and get to where you want to be.
Tip #1 Drink lots and lots of water!
This is a given, and if you don't know this by now then you must live in a box. Water not only fills you up and prevents you from overeating, but it does great for your organs and skin. Try your best to drink 2 cups of ice water before each meal.
