One of the coolest parts about the Do It Scared Podcast is who Ruth interviews.

Generation V with Nimai Delgado is a nutrition podcast, but in my eyes falls under personal development and here’s why.
Nimai Delgado is a vegan professional bodybuilder who has never eaten meat.
Aside from bodybuilding, he’s also a mechanical engineer, lifestyle coach, and motivational speaker.
In Generation V, Nimai brings a more conscious perspective on health and fitness.
Nimai interviews some of the top people in the health and fitness (and vegan) world, including Evanna Lynch (from Harry Potter!), Torre Washington, Kendrick Farris, Dorian Yates (6x Mr. Olympia) as well as many doctors leading the plant-based movement.
Though the main topic of the podcast is veganism, many podcasts find their way to improving the lives of others by sharing practical tips to apply to your own life, whether it improves your physical or mental health.
