There are an endless amount of benefits when it comes to weight loss. Not only will you appear more fit and healthier on the outside, but you will gain many health benefits as well.
Here is a list of benefits you will gain from working out on a regular basis and eating healthy.
Benefit 1: Better sleep.
I usually never wake up in the middle of the night anymore. Unless I’m taking one of my many restroom breaks from all the fluids I drink. Yup, TMI, but oh well! 🙂
Benefit 2: You will save money.
You will save a great amount of money on buying fast food and going out to restaurants often. The less junk you eat, the less you crave it. The less sugar you eat, the less you want it.
Simple as that.
Benefit 3: Others will notice your progress, and you’ll inspire them to start a healthier life.
This is one of the most amazing things I’ve taken out from losing all this weight. So many people have told me that I’ve inspired them to start a healthier lifestyle.
If I can motivate someone to eat healthier and fuel their body the right way, my day feels complete. I help people live longer, healthier lives and that makes me feel absolutely amazing!
Young girls message me often asking how they can start being healthier and happier.
Benefit 4: Clearer skin.
My face has cleared up tremendously. Wearing makeup a lot sure doesn’t help too much, though.

Benefit 5: You are healthier, of course!
Decreased chance of several kinds of diseases. You are prolonging your life when you eat healthier and exercise. That benefit alone should be enough to want to live a healthier lifestyle.
Whether you are losing weight or not caring about weight loss at all and simply trying to be healthier, you will notice your mind/body/soul will be filled with positivity. That is one factor I immediately notice when someone is losing weight or eating healthier.
Your body and mind are thanking you for taking care of it and you are reaping the benefits. The human body wasn’t made to eat processed junk food all day. If you are feeding your body garbage, your mind will start to think it is garbage and become very foggy. I notice just one day of eating crap makes me think very negative things and my concentration is out the window.
Something I noticed recently is when I decide to “Treat myself” sometimes I eat a little too much and take the treat meal too far. As I’m eating I am sort of enjoying it, but afterward, my body feels like absolute crap. I feel like I have absolutely no energy or concentration and I start to feel sick. What kind of treat is that anyway?
What kind of benefits do you realize you are gaining?
