The mentality I’ve created with this book surpassed my expectations when I was originally recommended this book by a friend.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People has been top rated for over 25 years and has remained a best seller because of its simplicity towards proven principles of life.

This edition is an updated version, which means you will get an even better idea of how to solve your problems in your personal and professional life.

5. The Secret by Rhonda Bryne

The Secret has been translated into 46 languages for a reason.

This book has a basis of positive thinking (such as The Art of Happiness) and can change your entire life based on your way of thinking.

Investing in yourself is one of the best ways to create a wealthier and overall richer life. You’re making yourself better and indirectly transform your career, relationships, and life. 

You can invest in yourself by reading self-help books, listening to personal-growth podcasts, or taking courses that you walk you through step-by-step how to become the best you. That’s exactly what I did last year and my business and relationships have really changed since then. 

Personal Development For Her is the course I took to take my mindset from negative and constant self-pity to an attitude where I honestly feel like I can do anything. Something I was personally struggling with before taking this course was productivity, sticking with good habits, overwhelm, burn out, and my relationships and career. 

The course is self-paced and the format is videos. I watched 2-3 videos in the course each day and even watched them two or three times. Each lesson comes with a printable notebook and workbook, which is SO valuable and ensures you actually take action.

    I second the reccomendation for 7 habjts of successful people by Stephen Covey. So great. It will create a paradigm shift for sure which coincidentally he talks about. That book changed my mindset on a lot of things. My favorite was the discussion about your circle of influence. Great list!
