Staying active while I am traveling is very important to me.
Many people refrain from working out while on vacation because it’s simply, well vacation. I’ve had the kind of mentality before, but I had to give that up for many reasons.
For one, when I don’t workout or do any kind of physical activity, I become very lazy and don’t eat healthy at all. When I workout first thing in the morning, it sets the tone for the day and it becomes incredibly easy to feed my body healthy nutrients all day.
