I am constantly saving fitness and healthy living-related photos onto my phone and my iPad. I think doing this is a great idea because if can help keep a person motivated and inspired.

I highly recommend trying out $5 meal plan if you’re trying to eat healthier and save money. They’ll send you monthly meal plans with shopping lists, recipes, and more attached. The plans will save you a lot of money since you’ll end up going to restaurants less.

Ah, the hot topic of losing weight. I’m always getting asked how to lose weight or how to gain muscle. I wanted to share a funny story of mine and also share some reasons why you are not losing weight or not getting the results you want.
First off, I have a funny story.
One day at work this lady was overlooking my Certified Personal Training textbook. She then became enthusiastic on the subject and told me she was trying to lose weight but was failing miserably. She started asking me all of these questions and then told me that she’s tried absolutely everything and still hasn’t lost weight.

A few months ago I would’ve never been posting on a subject like this. I’m still kind of hesitant on talking about this subject because I don’t want people thinking I am writing this post for ulterior motives.
I love having this blog because it allows me to write freely and speak my mind.
Well being by myself the past few months and have lead me to become the independent girl I once was and it’s opened my mind to a lot of things.
A year ago I was with someone that I thought I would eventually marry which is SUCH a crazy thought to have now that I am looking back. I hope I don’t offend anyone by any of the things I am about to say, and I want to make it clear that I am not at all against relationships and getting married at an early age.
