I am constantly trying to educate myself on new tips in the fitness/health field. I feel like every day I am learning about how some food is magically bad for me now and how a certain workout doesn't truly benefit me.
I remember when I first read about machines like the leg curl were bad for you because of the awkward position it puts you in.
I remember hearing about how all of these different foods that are supposed to be healthy, are actually not. I also remember when I found out that just because it says “low cal” or “low fat” that it doesn't automatically mean it's good for you.
