My doctor was the one to introduce me to How Not To Die.

The results of this study opened the eyes of doctors and people from all around the world, showing the dangers of a diet high in animal protein.
6. Intuitive Eating
Intuitive Eating will help you rebuild your body image and become at peace with food.
Most of us have suffered from overeating and have gotten mad at ourselves for our lack of control, but we aren’t entirely at fault, if at all.
The problem is that we are constantly on diets, and in the diet mindset, which is causing us to live on strict rules and because of that, we have stopped listening to our bodies.
Intuitive Eating will teach you how to end the diet mentality, how to stay satisfied with what you eat, how to honor hunger and feel full, as well as many other lessons that will create a healthier mindset.

If you’re trying to eat healthier and improve the health of our planet, Food Matters is a must read.

As we all know by now, the planet is suffering from climate change, and we see the destruction all around us.
Just by eliminating meat a few times a week, you can help cut your carbon footprint and help the planet.

Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the United States, and nothing even comes close to this disease that kills millions.
Why are so many Americans dying of heart disease?
The cure for heart disease isn’t medication or surgery, but instead what you put into your mouth.

10. But I Could Never Go Vegan
But I Could Never Go Vegan is first book I bought when I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle (I actually went from meat eater to vegan overnight).
I started cooking these recipes for my boyfriend, family members, and coworkers, and they had no idea they were vegan!
