It’s almost 2017 (and maybe already 2017 when you’re reading this), so I thought I would share my top health and fitness posts from this year. I’ve combined my top posts all in one post, so you can gain a lot of knowledge all from here.

2016 was a life changing year for me. I left for Europe for a couple months to Au Pair, traveled Western Europe solo, went to Europe again to see London (my new favorite city!), moved to Texas (never thought I would, but I LOVE Austin!), and became a full-time blogger. 2016 was a huge learning experience for me. 2017 is going to be another amazing year and I’m super stoked to see what the future holds.

Here are my go-to ways to having a healthy and fit body:

    Well, that was fun! I just clicked through and read several of your articles. Thanks for rounding them all up. I liked your post about the struggles of an au pair. Super interesting.
